6. Execution of Contract

Acceptance and submission of this application to SGNA Show Management constitutes a contract.

An invoice will be sent to you from SGNA Show Management once your contract has been processed and approved. A 50% deposit of your total balance is required upon receipt of your invoice. The remaining balance is due no later than Friday, January 11, 2019.

Exhibit Contracts submitted after January 11, 2019 must be accompanied by payment in full upon receiving your invoice.
